Contact Centers

Contact Centers assist customers with travel concerns, administer refunds, handle flight recovery, conduct quality assurance checks, and more

Job overview and responsibilities

  • Communicates information to customers regarding fares, rates, schedules, routings, travel documents (Visa/Passports, etc.), flight arrival and departure times or related services, in a pleasant, well-modulated voice and courteous manner

  • Resolves customer conflicts requiring handling or service

  • Arranges for ticketing and other special services

  • Notifies customers of flight irregularities and changes in schedules

  • Assists company employees in arranging business and personal travel plans

  • Operates computer terminal equipment to access, input and retrieve information

  • Sells consultatively

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent required

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish ( written and spoken)

  • Must be at least 18 years of age required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico for any employer without sponsorship

  • Must be flexible to work all shifts and, when necessary, available 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends, to deal with any operational and/ or unforeseen situations.

  • Must have valid US Visa and Passport

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

  • Prefer one year of experience in sales, customer contact, or other related work required
